All donations and seva contributions made through this website are voluntary and non-refundable.

Contributions are eligible for exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The exemption certificate will be issued to donors who provide their complete details as required by law.

Donations can be made via online payment methods offered on our site, including debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment gateway services.

We do not accept any responsibility for failed transactions or delays in processing due to payment gateway or banking network issues.

3. Tax Exemption Receipts

Donors who require an 80G exemption receipt must provide their full name, PAN, and address while making the contribution.

Receipts will be sent via email or post within a reasonable period after payment confirmation.

4. Use of Donations

All contributions received will be used solely for the charitable, religious, educational, and cultural activities of the Vidyapeeta in accordance with our trust objectives and applicable laws.

5. Refund Policy

As a general policy, donations and seva payments are non-refundable.

In case of any duplicate transaction or technical error, please contact us within 7 days of the payment with proof of the transaction. The management will review and process refunds if found valid.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information provided by you during donations or seva bookings will only be used for processing the transaction, issuing receipts, and communicating relevant updates.

We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
